Grounding Recovery Bag
The conductive Grounding Recovery Bag was created especially for Tour de France cycling teams and other athletes for the purpose of accelerating recovery from extreme physical activity. Users slip between the top and bottom sheet, as they would a sleeping bag while resting or sleeping. The Grounding Recovery Bag can be rolled up and stuffed in a small bag. It is very popular with travelers and athletes. The Grounding Recovery Bag is 100 cm wide and the fabric is made from cotton with conductive silver fibers in a matrix throughout the cotton. The Grounding Recovery Bag connects to the Earth with a ground cord. One end of the cord snaps onto the Grounding Recovery Bag and the other end inserts into an electrical outlet ground port via a plug or to a ground rod outside.
The Grounding Recovery Bag Sleep System is a sand color poly/cotton sleeping bag or sheet containing woven-in conductive silver fibers. Lying or sleeping in the Grounding Recovery Bag connects you to the earth during sleep. This product is primarily used by athletes and those who travel extensively but is a wonderful option for those who like to move their sleeping spot around frequently or who just want the flexibility of a sleeping bag and a sheet in the same product.

Colour is natural cotton (off-white). The sheets have a connection stud at the edge where the connection cord fits.
The product kit includes everything you need for use: the grounding recovery bag, a 4.6m (15ft) connection cord, and one US outlet checker if you select a kit. International orders: We will send the appropriate outlet checker based on your region.
Direct skin contact with the sheet is required for optimal use.
The Earth is like a gigantic battery that contains a natural, subtle electric charge—a special kind of energy present in the ground. For many people, however, there isn’t time in their busy days to go out barefoot. So, there are also indoor options such as this grounded bed sheet. There are other alternatives such as grounded chairs, mats, body bands, or patches, but we find that the best time to ground is while you sleep. Washing and care instructions
It is good to wash your grounded recovery bag. It will not be harmed by washing, in fact, it is beneficial. Washing strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.

Bleach, lotions, and oils can tarnish the silver rendering it non-conductive. Fabric softener builds up on the silver and also ruins its conductive properties.
