About Our Get Grounded Shop™ Grounding Bed Sheets:

All our sheets are 100% organic cotton with soft, yet durable conductive silver fibres woven throughout the material, are individually tested and come with a 100% Conductivity Guarantee. Our grounding sheets have a connection stud at both edges of the sheet for convenience and redundancy. If your mattress has deep pockets, no worries, send us a message and we will customize a sheet at no additional cost.

The Starter Kit includes: a fitted grounding sheet, a 4.6m (15ft) connection cord, and one US outlet checker.  International orders: We will send the appropriate outlet checker and/or adapter based on your region if available at no additional cost. 

The Complete Kit includes: the same as the starter kit, but in addition you will a conductivity tester that will enable you to test your sheet and/or other grounding products and ensure they are functioning properly after washes or just wear and tear over the years.  We highly recommend this kit if you are planning long term use of your sheet.

The Home Kit includes: the same as the starter and complete kit, but in addition you will also receive a desk  foot / pet mat to ensure that you are grounding when you are not in bed.  We highly recommend this option if you are looking to ground more than just the 6-8 hours day.

Benefits of Grounding

The Earth is like a gigantic battery that contains a natural, subtle electric charge—a special kind of energy present in the ground. For safety and stability, most everything in the electrical world is connected to it, whether it is an electric power plant or your refrigerator. That’s what the term “grounded” means.

Washing and care instructions

It is good to wash your Get Grounded Shop™ sheets. It will not be harmed by washing, in fact, it is beneficial. Washing strips body sweat and natural skin oils from the silver keeping it conductive.

DOs
Wash every week or two
Wash in a washing machine with cold or warm water
Use a liquid laundry detergent
Hang dry or on low in clean dryer
Can be ironed on low heat if desired

DON'Ts
Don't wash with bleach
Don't wash with fabric softeners
Don't use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil
Don't use dryer sheet fabric softeners
Don't dry clean

Bleach, lotions, and oils can tarnish the silver rendering it non-conductive. Fabric softener builds up on the silver and also ruins its conductive properties.

It is advised to wait one hour to use the product after applying lotion to the skin.
